Gay co-founded the ministry with her husband Randy Hongo, and Janete is the Executive Director. They mention the Holiness Church, this is in reference to a conference of Japanese-origin churches in Hawaii, the West Coast, and Brazil including Honolulu Christian Church. Kalihi Union Church is also mentioned, it is Randy, Gay & Andrew’s home church, and Christian Vision’s primary ministry is there.
